These terms are the agreement between you and Tayka. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't use Tayka.
Tayka gives everyone in the world the same photo prompt at the same moment. You can't see anyone else's answer until you post your own. You may post one photo per day, and the day is set by our servers so that it is the same day for everyone.
You need to be at least 13 years old to use Tayka. Accounts are created through Sign in with Apple, and you're responsible for what happens under yours. Pick a username that isn't impersonating someone else.
There is no tolerance on Tayka for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By posting, you agree not to submit anything that is:

Every photo and every comment in Tayka can be reported from inside the app, and every user can be blocked. Blocking someone hides their content from you and yours from them, in both directions, and removes any follow between you.
We review every report and act within 48 hours. Content that breaks these terms is removed. The account that posted it may be suspended or deleted, and we do not have to warn you first. We may remove content or end an account at our discretion when we believe these terms have been broken.
If you see something that shouldn't be on Tayka, report it in the app or email support@tayka.app.
Your photos are yours. You keep every right you had in them.
So that the app can work, you give us permission to store your photos and show them to the people Tayka's rules allow: those who follow you and have posted their own photo that day, and, if you opt a post into Top Tayk, the wider audience that feature reaches. That permission is limited to running Tayka and ends when you delete the content or your account. We do not sell your photos, license them to anyone, or use them in advertising.
Tayka shows one ad per day at the bottom of the feed. Ads pay for the servers that store and deliver everyone's photos. See the Privacy Policy for how they work and what is and isn't shared.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app, which permanently removes your photos, posts, comments, follows, and blocks. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. Nothing here obliges us to keep Tayka running forever.
Tayka is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available, or free of bugs, and we're not responsible for what other users post. To the fullest extent the law allows, Tayka's total liability to you is limited to one hundred US dollars.
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Tayka after a change means you accept the new version.
